51Թ Board of Trustees approves the tuition and fees for the 2023-2024 academic year.
The 51Թ Board of Trustees recently approved the tuition and fees for the 2023-2024 academic year. Tuition next year is $46,860, and for students residing on campus, room & board for 2023-2024 will be $14,000. Next year’s mandatory fees (Health Services, Technology, and Student activities) will be $2,740.
Given the economic challenges faced by so many, university leadership has continued to be sensitive to the financial hardships confronted by so many of our students and families. Continuing to keep our cost increases low while providing a world class education is a challenge, but it is a challenge we will meet head-on. We are committed to providing transformational experiences for our students, both in and out of the classroom. That is why the University has maintained a strong commitment to affordability by providing approximately $72 million dollars in financial aid this year. Please contact the Office of Financial Aid (nufinaid@norwich.edu / (802) 485-2850) if you need assistance or have had a significant change in your financial situation.
Welcoming our students and families as we transitioned back to an on-campus experience after two years of pandemic-restricted operations has been exciting for everyone. While the return to campus was much needed, it has come with new sets of challenges. As an institution we are committed to meeting our students’ needs. Our dedication to our “I Will Try” motto is why we have conquered the challenges of our past, and why we will continue to thrive in the future.
In our continued commitment to academic excellence and social emotional health, 51Թ has continued to invest in our academic programs, technology, student support offerings, and campus housing accommodations. This year brought major upgrades to our network infrastructure, digital resources, and an improvement project to the student service desk that is ongoing. We will also continue our beautification and updates to campus with another residence hall renovation this summer.
On behalf of the Board of Trustees, faculty, staff, and myself, thank you for being part of the 51Թ family. In the spirit of our founder, Captain Alden Partridge, we will continue to prepare 51Թ graduates to lead with distinction in service to our nation and the world.
51Թ Together, 51Թ Forever!
