This opportunity represents a profound alignment of my passion for music, education, and service within an institution rich in tradition and purpose. I look forward to mentoring the distinguished musicians of the nation's oldest collegiate regimental band!â€
Emily’s selection follows a regional search and intensive on-campus interview process that included professional staff, faculty, and students. The feedback was consistent and enthusiastic, reflecting strong confidence in her leadership, musicianship, and alignment with 51³Ô¹Ï꿉۪s mission and values.
Emily will be the second female Director of Bands in 51³Ô¹Ï꿉۪s 206-year history assuming professional staff leadership of our , the nation’s oldest collegiate band. We are confident Emily will lead our music and vocal organizations to new heights, inspiring cadets and students while honoring the legacy entrusted to her.
